How do I place an order?
Have you fallen in love with one or more pieces from our collection? Then the next step is very simple. Place the item or multiple items of your choice in the 'shopping cart' and when you have finished shopping, click on 'checkout' at the bottom of the screen.
You will then be guided step by step through the purchasing process. It is important that you enter the correct address details, because your package will be sent to that address. Therefore, please check carefully whether the information is correct, otherwise your package will not arrive. Do you have a different delivery or billing address? That's no problem, you can indicate this during the ordering process.
If you order from (Twe) Girls for the first time, you can create your own account or a guest account. The advantage of having your own account is that you can easily track the status of your orders, see your order history and update your account details yourself. You can also create and share a wish list when you are logged in.

Can I also try on my order in the store?
Yes, that is certainly possible via our online reservation system and without costs. Moreover, you do not have to pay for your order in advance!
HOW DO YOU PROCEED?
You shop for the items you want to try on in our webshop. Are you unsure between 2 sizes? Just add them both to your cart!
You choose " try on in the store " as the delivery method and " I will try on in the store " as the payment method . This way you don't have to pay for your order in advance.
You will receive a confirmation email from us when your order is ready in 1 of our 2 stores. We will then hold the package aside for you for 7 days; so you can come by whenever it suits you.
You can then try on your order in the store. At the same time you can of course also try on other items from the store. Then you simply pay at the cash register.
This option has no purchase obligations.

What shipping options do you offer?
You can choose between 3 different delivery options. You can make this choice during checkout.
1. You can have your package delivered to your home or to another address, such as your work.
2. You can have your package delivered to a pickup shop or collection point near you. You can pick up your package here at a time that suits you, within the indicated working days.
3. You can pick up your order for free or try it on in one of our stores in Bruges ( Girls or Twee Girls ). If you choose this option, you do not have to pay in advance.
For the first 2 delivery options we work together with Bpost and DPD.

Yes, picking up your package in one of our 2 stores in Bruges is FREE, regardless of the purchase amount.

When your package is ready in the store, you will receive a confirmation email, stating in which store the items are ready for you. We will then hold the package for you for 7 days; so you can come by whenever suits you.

You choose "return in store" (free)
You can return your items in one of our stores in Bruges . This is of course free of charge.

How much are the return costs?

Follow these simple steps to return your item(s) through our stores:
Report your return request:
Go to our returns portal and fill in the necessary details. You can find all necessary information in your order confirmation, which you received from us by e-mail. The order number consists of 4 digits.
Go through the returns portal and choose the 'Return in Store' option. Is the 'Arrange Return' button not present? Then the period for reporting the return may have been exceeded. In that case, please contact us.
After this, you only have to drop off the items in 1 of our stores (of your choice). You can of course also have someone else do this.
To be sure, you can send us a confirmation email with your order number or the email address you used when ordering. Send an email to info@girlsbrugge.be
Please note: All refunds are always processed afterwards by our online administration. Not in the store itself.
After we have received your return, we will refund the refund amount within 10 days. We will also send you a confirmation email about this.
Please note that we are administratively required to arrange refunds via the same payment method you selected when placing your order (online banking, PayPal, credit card and/or gift card).
How long is the delivery time?
Delivery of your package within the Benelux normally takes place within 2-3 working days. Feel free to email us (info@girlsbrugge.be ) if you need the order quickly, so that we can do everything we can to deliver on time and inform you of any delays.
Deliveries to France and Germany are generally made within 2-4 working days.
During festive and sales periods it may take a little longer. Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (strikes, extremely bad weather conditions, pandemic, etc.) can also cause your package to take a little longer to arrive.

You can physically return the items yourself to one of our 2 stores in Bruges .
In this case there are of course no costs involved.
Important: refunds are always administratively handled through the webshop, not in the store itself.

We are happy to check where things went wrong and can follow up the delivery on your behalf with Bpost or DPD. This way we can quickly find out the status of the delivery of your package.
Have you received an item that you did not order? Or is the item damaged?
If you receive an item that is damaged or that you did not order, you can of course return it free of charge. In this case, you can request a return label from us by emailing info@girlsbrugge.be
In this case, we will do everything we can to correct our error as quickly as possible.
Is your size or favorite color sold out?
We always try to get our best-selling items back in stock, as much as possible.
If an item in the webshop is 'out of stock', you have the option to express your interest in the item via the 'Notify me when in stock' button. You can find this button on the page of the sold out item.
We will then send you an email as soon as the item is back in stock.
Items with "noos" in the title and our Mika Elles collection can be ordered on request in the size or color you want.

At Two Girls: from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m
* unless 25/12 or 1/1 falls on a Sunday
Are you open on public holidays?
At Girls we are open every day from 10:30 am to 6:30 pm, including public holidays.
Except for:
- 25th of December
- January 1st
At Twee Girls we are also open on public holidays, unless they fall on a Monday (the regular closing day of Twee Girls).
