Na ontvangst van je bestelling heb je namelijk 14 dagen de tijd om het artikel naar ons te retourneren voor terugbetaling via ons retourportaal.

Er zijn 2 methodes om je bestelling(en) te retourneren:

-Je stuurt je retour naar ons op.

Hier zijn retourkosten aan verbonden.

-Je brengt de artikelen binnen in 1 van onze 2 winkels in Brugge.

Hier zijn uiteraard geen kosten aan verbonden.

Retourneren is bovendien eenvoudig via ons retourportaal https://tweemeisjes.shipping-portal.com

Door je postcode en je trackingnummer/ordernummer in te vullen, kun je je bestelling in enkele stappen aanmelden voor retour.

Tijdens dit proces kun je kiezen tussen de volgende opties:

Je laat een prepaid retourlabel aanmaken

In het retourportaal kan je het servicepunt kiezen waar je je retourzending wil afgeven. Er is de optie om dit te doen zonder te moeten printen.

De kosten van deze service bedragen €5 voor België en €5.95 voor Nederland (let er in dit laatste geval wel op dat u kiest voor DPD RETURN) en zijn inclusief Track & Trace informatie.

Je kiest voor "retourneren in de winkel" (gratis)

Je kan je artikelen retourneren in één van onze winkels in Brugge. Dit is uiteraard kosteloos.

Belangrijk: terugbetalingen worden altijd nadien afgehandeld via de webshop, en dus niet in de winkel.

U mag altijd een mailtje sturen naar info@meisjesbrugge als u de artikels hebt binnengebracht, voor een vlotte verwerking.

Nederland: €5.95 (hier is het belangrijk dat je kiest voor DPD return, want een retour via Bpost kost €6.95)

France: €9.95 (Si vous choisissez l'option DPD Return)

Luxembourg: €6.5 (Si vous choisissez l'option DPD Return)

Germany: €6.5 (Wenn Sie sich für die Option DPD entscheiden)

Denmark: €11.95

Je hoeft dit bedrag niet te betalen bij het retourneren van de artikelen. De kostprijs van de retour zal worden afgehouden van het te vergoeden retourbedrag.

Het is mogelijk om verschillende bestellingen in 1 keer te retourneren, maar gelieve dit dan duidelijk te vermelden.

Je kan ook kiezen voor een postservice van eigen keuze (op eigen kosten). Gelieve dit duidelijk te vermelden en je retour op voorhand aan te melden door ons te mailen.

Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Labels should still be on.

To complete your return, send a mail to info@tweemeisjes.be with a description what and why you want to return the item(s).

 Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges
If you need to exchange it for an other size, send us an email at info@tweemeisjes.be and send your item to: Meisjes, Eiermarkt 8, 8000 Brugge

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Meisjes, Eiermarkt 8, 8000 Brugge, Belgium. Or you pay your own return, or you ask a return label by mailing info@tweemeisjes.be. The same amount as the shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary..
